How to delete your account

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from Promptify, you have the following options:

Option 1: Contact Support

Send an email to our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please send the email from the address associated with your account.

Data Retention Policy

Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete:

Your user profile and authentication connection
All saved prompts and history
Any preferences saved in our database

This process is irreversible and is typically completed within 30 days.
